Sarah Bolitho is a recruitment entrepreneur with over 15 years experience shaping People & Culture leadership across Australia and the U.S. Known for her unwavering commitment to precision and speed, Sarah is a trusted partner to CEOs, CPOs, and Boards, expertly aligning leadership with long-term strategy and growth.
Sarah began her career at Page Group, where she led teams in Sydney and New York, driving record-breaking results. Her time with global organisations, particularly in Manhattan, deepened her understanding of the complex leadership needs of large-scale businesses and honed her ability to deliver high-impact outcomes in fast-paced environments.
In 2017, Sarah founded Assistant Sydney, a boutique recruitment firm that became renowned for its contemporary approach and strong partnership model. The success of Assistant Sydney culminated in a successful business exit, and through this process, Sarah founded Levyl
in 2022, a modern HR recruitment agency that focuses on People & Culture appointments. Levyl’s innovative Talent Equity Accelerator (TEA)
program curates cutting-edge insights, events, and customer experiences around critical inclusion and belonging topics. In 2024, Levyl was recognised by the Australian Financial Review as a Fast Starter, and it continues to thrive under the leadership of General Manager, Antony Jones.
Building on her deep expertise and insights, Sarah launched CPO Search in 2025, Australia’s only executive search firm dedicated exclusively to Chief People Officer roles. Jane graduated from the University of London with a BA (Hons) and joined the recruitment industry in 2000. She commenced as a trainee consultant working in business support. During the 20 years he worked in the UK, Jane was promoted to Account Manager, responsible for a number of national contracts, working with the all industries. Relocating to the USA in 2007, Jane established herself in the Boston market and joined us in 2012, managing the temporary business support services team and was responsible for managing and developing the Boston branch, and from 2015 until recently, she was responsible for managing the temporary recruitment services team in Boston. As of 2019, Jane is currently responsible for recruiting in the all sectors.
