Sarah began her career at Page Group, where she led teams in Sydney and New York, driving record-breaking results. Her time with global organisations, particularly in Manhattan, deepened her understanding of the complex leadership needs of large-scale businesses and honed her ability to deliver high-impact outcomes in fast-paced environments.

In 2017, Sarah founded Assistant Sydney, a boutique recruitment firm that became renowned for its contemporary approach and strong partnership model. The success of Assistant Sydney culminated in a successful business exit, and through this process, Sarah founded Levyl in 2022, a modern HR recruitment agency that focuses on People & Culture appointments. Levyl’s innovative Talent Equity Accelerator (TEA) program curates cutting-edge insights, events, and customer experiences around critical inclusion and belonging topics.
